Courtney Rose brings a unique perspective to the CPPA as both a professional body piercer and an emergency medical professional with more than 15 years of experience in emergency medicine. Alongside her work as a piercer, educator, studio owner, and community leader, she is passionate about strengthening the connection between healthcare and the body piercing profession.

Throughout her career, Courtney has been dedicated to advancing safety, ethics, and education within the industry. She has taught emergency response and medical preparedness to professional piercers, helping translate complex medical concepts into practical knowledge for the studio environment. Her work emphasizes emergency preparedness, infection prevention, and evidence-based practices that support both piercers and their clients.

As CPPA's Medical Liaison, Courtney provides valuable insight into the intersection of healthcare and body piercing, helping guide the association's educational initiatives and resources. She is committed to fostering collaboration between medical professionals and piercers while supporting the continued growth of a safe, ethical, and knowledgeable piercing community across Canada.
